I don't really understand how Actifit works. I downloaded it on iPhone and have linked my account but how does it monitor your activity? Their website really doesn't explain much. Do I have to buy a FitBit or something to use it? I feel like I'm missing something.

Your iphone already tracks your steps using an internal mechanism, you just need to turn it on in the settings. If you need more info I can link you an article or describe it on a video.
Ah - I had "Motion & Fitness" disabled in Privacy settings so that's why it wasn't working. Thanks!
