Nowadays you see and hear a lot about what is mens style and mens fashion. Can you seperate these terms or rather do you need to?
Over generations many style icons have shown us how to dress right, like Cary Grant, Sean Connery or Pierce Brosnan alias James Bond, James Dean or Frank Sinatra.
But what is with guys like Drake or Justin Bieber? Do not think so...
The former gentlemen who were not "beautiful" in the classic way, but they were dressed with a special behavoiur and attitude. They made their appearances look easy and charming.
The appearance is always perfect, same with their elegant style of dress. The importance: It seems that everything comes naturally to them. Anyone who tries to take a very specific role which is a kind of fake will fail. Either you are a gentleman through and through, or you will leave it all the same.
These men of the world have more style than most of the well know fashion icons of today like Lady Gaga, Kim Kardashian etc.,only waiting for the next paparazzi calling for attention.
A true style should be timeless and be the outside reflection of your inner self. The importance is what looks good on you and what is a no go. A fashion trend stays only a short period of time but a timeless suit always looks good on most men, doesn`t matter how old you are or if it is worn in the 60s, 80s or nowadays.
There are so many people dressing for the moment and when they go out they over-dress themself but when thay are back home they change back into their tracksuit thinking they have style.
This is ridiculous!
You know the famous sentence of Cary Grant:
“Everybody wants to be Cary Grant, even I want to be Cary Grant”.

Appearance is hard work, you have to earn it – and this has never been truer than in the social media age.
