Planning your week helps you to be more productive during the week.
Planning your week gives you a clear path of what you need to achieve by the end of the week.
And with this, you can divide your week's tasks into daily to-do lists and have a better probability of achieving them.
For example, you want to achieve these 4 goals at the end of the week:
Finish Reading a Book.
Write words.
Watch Educational YouTube Videos.
Work on Clients Projects.
Now, to help you achieve these 4 goals at the end of the week, you need a definite plan.
For instance, divide your tasks by answering these questions for each:
- Finish Reading a Book:
How many pages/chapters in the book?
How many pages/chapters will you need to read each day to finish?
What's your reading speed?
What time will you read?
- Write:
How many posts do you want to share?
What's your target word count?
What's your writing speed?
What's your writing time?
- Watch Educational YouTube Videos:
How many videos do you want to watch?
What's the length of each video?
What time will you watch them every day?
- Work on Clients Projects:
How many projects do you have to finish this week?
How many hours would you need to finish?
What time will you work on the projects every day?
Based on your week's tasks, divide them into daily to-do lists and see how it becomes easier to achieve.
