El sol es tan importante para los seres vivos, que a parte de ofrecernos luz nos aporta numerosos beneficios para la salud, la luz solar es la forma mas fácil de obtener la vitamina D que es casi tan vital para la vida como el oxigeno, ayuda al sistema inmune y fortalece el sistema oseo.

For me it is a pleasure to present my entry to the contest of the 7 Sun Thursday edition organized by my friend @uwelang.
The sun is so important for living beings, that apart from offering us light it provides us with numerous health benefits, sunlight is the easiest way to obtain vitamin D which is almost as vital for life as oxygen, it helps the immune system and strengthens the bone system.
