Step 1:
Register on https://kryptonia.io/
Step 2:
Verify your email address by following the link in your email
Step 3:
Login to your account
Step 4:
go to the profile page, by clicking on the top, right hand side on your name, and then clicking on profile
Step 5:
Under your name on the profile page you will find your profile name, copy that/ make a note of it
Step 6:
Login to steemit and go to your wallet page, go to either steem or steem dollars, click on transfer.
