I was thinking about how you encourage creative posters on Steemit, when suddenly an idea came to me.
What if you keep a record of all posts you encouraged with a comment for each month. On the first day of the next month, you could decide which post is the one you want to encourage the most (regardless of their Rep or SP) and delegate to them, say, 500SP for nine days. It means your 'free' SP goes down by that amount for exactly 14 days - which should not affect you that much. However, it will boost the self-confidence of the winner and, who knows, maybe that person will bexcome inspired to create another beautiful work of art.
If you like the idea and decide to use it, please let me know, as I am willing to help fund it by delegating to you 100STEEM (for a period not shorter than 3 months). Also, if you do go ahead, I would not like to see myself one of the awarded, as I do not consider myself that great a writer - I would rather see it go, sometime, to people like #johnjgeddes, who consistently writes beautiful poetry and prose.
