The VP will be about 50%-80% on each post of the selected minnow. This is in order to promote quality and good content on Steemit.com.

this is awesome man. its so tough really getting recognized half the time, its difficult for me sometimes to keep posting because you're like "well, i got 2 likes on my last post, here we go again" hahaha at least i have gotten one trending post before! my wife @tstarnes struggles posting because she says "well no-one even likes my stuff" so she kind of steers away. its hard looking at this platform as a way to earn money, because if you just want to make money its not going to happen. i spend my time on steemit because i like it as a social media website, and posts go more in depth and are more meaningful! but i love how you go help support minnows, thats awesome. the only way we are going to stay around on steemit, is if we help each other out! i wish i had more SP to vote this post more but thanks for helping people man. i appreciate you!

Great job again. I took the time to look through your page yesterday after I stumbled onto it and it's refreshing to see how you've turned your influence into something incredible.
I know there is a huge debate about self-voting whales and whales who sell their SP and so on and so forth, but you are a great example how you can do good, support the people who need it the most and still make a daily income which will carry you forward (I say daily income without knowing if it is for that, but for some it would be, and then some).
Hats off to you mate, I'll be stopping by daily to see who you've been checking out and I'll do my bit as well. Sometimes a comment can be more powerful than a big upvote, just depends on the recepient.

It's a thing of joy to know that there are whales out there who are helping newbies or minnows. It is the very spur that minnows have to write quality posts when they are aware that whales could possibly visit and upvote their posts.
