What's realSURF all about?
realSURF is all about generating visitors to your own website(s) for free and earn Dash and Sucre for each view generated
Why is my withdrawal expired?
You need to withdraw again, and click the withdrawal link you will receive by email.
If the email is not in your spam folder then you have to whitelist our domain name ([email protected] or all from real-surf.net) so you can receive email from us.

When you do a withdrawal, you have 30 minutes to click your email link before it get expired and balance return to your account. (this is to protect your coins)
Why is there only 5 websites to view today?
There is no per day limit for surfing with a FREE or PRO account. There is what is available to surf by all realSURF users. e.g. if I post a site with 50 views for it and realSURF is loaded with 150 online users then those 50 views will go out in about 5 minutes. So site availabilities change every minute. realSURF only provides this platform for members to promote websites, links and affiliate links with each other. Use your accumulated views to add your own site to promote, this will help the platform to have a continual surfing experience. Also note that we are a unique visit network platform, so When you see duplicate sites, it is only because other members promote the same website with different affiliate links.
Why is the Dash rewards different today.
Dash rewards are recalculated every day according to Dash price and network profitability.
Why is the Sucre rewards different today.
Sucre rewards are recalculated every day according to Sucre price and network profitability.
What is the Cash-out level?
Cash-out level amount are located on your Dashboard TAB. And please do not use the contact form to ask for a Cash-out level reduction.
Why do I get a Dash commission when my referral pay with Bitcoin?
We are a Dash and Sucre platform! Bitcoin is accepted only as a mode of payment. If a Referral Buy in BTC, your commission will be exchanged automatically to your DASH wallet. If a Referral Buy with Dash, your commission will be sent to your DASH wallet. If a Referral Buy with Sucre, your commission will be sent to your SUCR wallet. No Exceptions.
Can I exchange coins from one cryptocurrency to another?
NO, we are not an exchange platform. Please use a trading or exchange platform for that.
Is realSURF free?
Yes, all the realSURF services are completely free. You will never have to spend any money, unless you wish to do so.
How do I earn Views, Dash and Sucre?
First of all, you will need to become a member, click the signup TAB. After logging in, start surfing websites or videos to accumulate Views, Dash and Sucre
How many visitors will I get to my site if I visit 100 realSURF sites?
100, we have a 1:1 exchange ratio.
Why do we have to add a minimum of 10 views? (or 150 impressions for Banner)
Some people are trying to cheat the system by adding 1 view at a time, so when the network is loaded they end up with -5. A 5 views Rip-off, and we dont like cheaters.
How many sites am I allowed to visit each day?
As many as you want, you are limited only by the number of websites and videos available on the network.
Isn't there an easier way to gain visitors to my site?
Yes, you can buy views with Bitcoin, Dash and Sucre.
Do you have an affiliate program/referral?
Yes! realSURF has 2 referral levels (FREE and PRO).
I made some referrals but they have not shown up in my stats, why?
Any referrals you make must become active members before they will show up in your stats, and you will not receive the rewards until they are active.(visited a minimum of 20 websites)
How many websites can I list on realSURF?
As many as you like! There are no limits on the amount of websites you can add to realSURF.
How do I cancel my account?
We don't know why you would want to do this, but if you do, just send an email to [email protected], giving your user ID and a brief reason why you wish to cancel.
Why the YouTube view counter will not count visitors from the realSURF?
They use to, but since 2015, external (iFrame) video are not counted by YouTube. Only view from original link to the YouTube website are counted
What are Referrals?
You can generate referrals when you send new members to the realSURF website. In order to generate referrals you need to place your referral code on your webpages. In the members area you can find various referral codes including banners.
