Hey there, it appears like there was a momentary issue with the network connection. I could've forced the transaction but decided to refund you in case you change your mind etc. Sorry for this issue, on the other hand, I might've found the reason so this shouldn't happen anytime soon. (I will be implementing a permanent fix) -- For now, Swaps is up and running without an issue.
