How does it work??
on this social network, your voting power can not go over 100%. it waits for your power to be nearly full, then votes other members of the group to prevent that waste.
how is this determined
the person with an available post whos voted the most and received the least gets the next vote, just keep posting and it will give you your outstanding votes. when youre behind, you will get more votes, when youre overpaid, it will spread to other users a bit first, it will slow down when youre overpaid and speed up otherwise so if your unavailable to post for a while your account will remain active voting, and you can come back and enjoy more votes.
