Here is how:
Download from https://github.com/swiftcashproject/swiftcash/releases/tag/v1.0.0
(choose appropiate OS, I'm showing Win10 x64 here)
Extract the files:
Run the swiftcash-qt.exe file. This will start your SwiftCash Wallet:
Open tools > console
On your SmartCash desktop wallet (you have it, right?), use the command "dumpwallet" (see the example the command lists). Make sure you save it to a safe place and do not forget to delete (or secure) the file later
[Edit: If you get an error, use the following paths to dump depending on your OS:
Win: dumpwallet "C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\Desktop\dumpfile.txt"
Mac: dumpwallet "/Users/YOURUSERNAME/Desktop/dumpfile.txt"
Linux: dumpwallet "/home/YOURUSERNAME/Desktop/dumpfile.txt"]
Back on the SwiftCash wallet console, import the file:
You will see the importing of transactions and balace in front of your eyes! Congrats!
Check your balance... Voila!
Now you might want to encrypt your wallet, save the wallet.dat, and be safe... if you are in crypto, you know how already, right?

You can swap with smart on discord with a bot there.
On the import into the swiftcash wallet, it is important to surround the filepath with quotes, otherwise you may get an error message (error -8)
i.e. "C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\Desktop\dumpfile.txt"

I was getting error -8 on import. What fixed it for me was adding double quotes around the filepath.
i.e. importwallet "C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\Desktop\dumpfile.txt"
Well, all my SmartCash coins are stored on web wallet. How to claim SwiftCash?
My high effort, brute force method would be to dump private keys from web wallet install SmartCash full node client, enter dumped private keys and then do the above export/import wallet. If you are completely comfortable with this then have at it. Moving your old crypto out of the old wallet beforehand lowers risk but you re-incur the 30-day smartrewards wait. I'm familiar with HD wallets and seed phrases, but not SmartCash's. So, I would not know the HD method, if any.
The method I would really try is dump private keys from web wallet, install SwiftCash 1.0.0 wallet (I'm Windows), enter private keys into new wallet. Again, if you're totally comfortable with all this go for it.
Otherwise, avoid any of my suggestions and wait for the SMEs to respond. SMEs if you want me to document the process let me know with edits please. I just don't want to build doc for an inaccurate or incomplete process.
You can export private keys from the web wallet but you'll need the master key. Pretty useless and confusing implementation if you ask but that's how the smartcash web wallet works. Once you get your private keys, you can then import them either in our core wallets, or use them to log into our web wallet. https://wallet.swiftcash.cc/
For claiming, you can either send them to a new address or simply adding some swiftcash to the same address or even sending the swiftcash to the same address will all be considered claiming and will therefore be eligible for the possible coming fork/reset. If I want to get my SWIFT through my Smartcash Wallet, should not I then secure my Smart to a different address? I finally enter my private key into another wallet.

Same as you, I usually move old crypto out of old wallet and then enter private key into new wallet. In this case, I didn't want to re-incur the 30-day wait for smartrewards. I used the export/import wallet described above with no zeroing of the old wallet and it worked fine. Just do all the usual backups, wallet.dat, etc., beforehand.

Logging in does not count as claiming. Did you read everything I wrote? You need to add more to the address or move your coins to another address otherwise your coins will be removed in the upcoming fork.
Yes, thanks. After I logged into the swiftcash wallet with my smartcash paper wallet private key, I created a new address on web wallet then transfered my coins from my first swiftcash address to it.
Update: Claiming process is waaaay over. Just as FYI.
