Carabao Mango is one of my favorite mango when i was a kid, because when its ripe its very sweet. and maybe the other reason why carabao mango is my favorite beacause we only had one kind of mango in our farm that is Carabao Mango.Carabao Mango can be eaten raw or ripe,when its raw you can eat it with Bagoong ,and you can make it shake when its ripe ,or simply eating it out of hand by peeling the skin until the juice drips in your hands and arms until you taste that sweet/sour fiberless delicious mango.

Mango Carabao is like other magoes rich in minerals like potassium,magnesium,amino acid and calcium and also rich in vitamins like Vitamin C, E and B

Several studies reveal that mangoes has three times more vitamin C than a piece of orange or apple.
