Inday-inday Native Delicacies of Waraynon

Hi everybody. Good day to all of as. Let me share again once more the native delicacies of waraynon.  

We call it "Inday-inday" here in Tacloban City Philippines it a cassava balls and added a food color. 

Ingredients of Inday-inday:

  • Grated cassava
  • Grated coconut meat
  • White sugar
  • Food coloring

 That simple, you only need 4 ingredients and you can make Inday-inday good for snack. 

Procedure:

  1. Peel the cassava and grate it.
  2. Use a cotton cloth to separate the water from cassava
  3. Add the food coloring
  4. Round the cassava to have a cassava balls
  5. Steam
  6. While steaming the cassava balls mix the grated coconut meat and white sugar
  7. Cover the cassava balls with the grated coconut meat and sugar

 You can already enjoy you Inday-inday. Its better to serve while its hot.
