Mi receta para preparar un delicioso caldo de piedra / My recipe to prepare a delicious stone broth

Buenas tardes mis amigos de la colmena, les saluda el Drhhueso.

Como ya muchos saben soy un aficionado a la cocina y el día de hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una receta muy especial, que trae muchos recuerdos a mi mente ya que mi madre la preparaba; soy de las personas que cuando pruebo algo me traslado con solo sentir los gustos y mucho mas cuando se trata de recetas de mi madre; poco a poco yo la he ido personalizando esta receta, es un delicioso caldo de piedra, ese es el nombre que mi madre le daba y así lo llamamos en mi familia.

As many of you already know, I am a fan of cooking and today I want to share with you a very special recipe, which brings many memories to my mind since my mother prepared it; I am one of the people that when I try something I move just by feeling the tastes and much more when it comes to my mother's recipes; Little by little I have been personalizing this recipe, it is a delicious stone broth, that is the name that my mother gave it and that is what we call it in my family.

En muchas familias es preparado de diversas formas y con diversos ingredientes, hoy quiero compartir el modo en que lo preparo y con el cual he conquistado el paladar de mis hijos, este es un plato muy rico en vitaminas y con el cual podemos lograr alimentar de forma sana y balanceada a nuestros pequeños; Matthias Andrés es el fanático numero uno de este plato, si por el fuera lo comería todos los días.

In many families it is prepared in different ways and with different ingredients, today I want to share the way I prepare it and with which I have conquered the palate of my children, this is a dish very rich in vitamins and with which we can feed from healthy and balanced way to our little ones; Matthias Andrés is the number one fan of this dish, if it were outside I would eat it every day.

Para su preparación necesitamos los siguientes ingredientes:
Papas, zanahoria, pasta larga (espaguetis), aliños (cebolla, ajo, pimentón, cebollín y cilantro), huevos y sal.

For its preparation we need the following ingredients:
Potatoes, carrots, long pasta (spaghetti), dressings (onion, garlic, paprika, chives and coriander), eggs and salt.

Para esta receta en particular no tengo cantidades especificas, lo hago al ojo por ciento como se dice; simplemente abro la nevera y tomo los ingredientes y comienzo a preparar con tanto gusto que siempre me sale bien; creo que ese es el ingrediente mas importante en la cocina, realizar las cosas con mucho amor y poner a volar la imaginación.

For this particular recipe I do not have specific amounts, I do it to the eye per cent as it is said; I just open the fridge and take the ingredients and start preparing with such pleasure that it always works out well for me; I think this is the most important ingredient in the kitchen, doing things with a lot of love and letting your imagination run wild.

Su preparación es muy sencilla, solo picamos la zanahoria en pequeños trozos y ponemos a cocinar; posteriormente picamos las papas y las agregamos en la olla conjuntamente con la zanahoria; picamos en pequeños pedazos los espaguetis y los incorporamos en la olla.

Its preparation is very simple, we just chop the carrot into small pieces and put it to cook; later we chop the potatoes and add them in the pot together with the carrot; Chop the spaghetti into small pieces and add them to the pot.

Por otra parte picamos todos los aliños, bien pequeños y los sofreímos con aceite onotado; cuando veamos que ya las espaguetis están listos procedemos a colocar los huevos y revolvemos un poco; seguidamente incorporamos los aliños ya sofritos. Tenemos nuestro caldo listo, acá le colocamos el cilantro crudo porque me gusta es sabor que aporta al caldo.

On the other hand, we chop all the dressings, very small, and fry them with onoted oil; when we see that the spaghetti is ready, we proceed to place the eggs and stir a little; then add the seasonings and stir-fry. We have our broth ready, here we put the raw coriander because I like the flavor that it adds to the broth.

Este es un caldo, como decimos en Venezuela “levanta muertos”, es muy recomendable para servir esos días en que nos sentimos mal del estomago o bajos de ánimo, cuando pases una mala noche, o simplemente cuando quieras consentirte con algo rico, rápido y económico de preparar; esta receta es perfecta para compartir con unas ricas arepas, galletas o pan; yo particularmente le coloco limón porque me gusta el sabor ácido que proporciona a mi caldo.

This is a broth, as we say in Venezuela "raises the dead", it is highly recommended to serve those days when we feel sick to our stomach or low in spirits, when you have a bad night, or simply when you want to pamper yourself with something tasty, fast and economical to prepare; This recipe is perfect to share with some delicious arepas, cookies or bread; I particularly add lemon because I like the acidic flavor it provides to my broth.
