Saludos a todos los miembros de la comunidad, ¿cómo están? Pese a las advertencias que me habían realizado amigos y familiares, que después me encargué de comunicárselas a mis papás de forma que estuviesen al tanto de las deficiencias que esta clase de aparatos electrónicos… debo decir que el objetivo no se logró. Motivados por los constantes problemas que he tenido para todo lo relacionado con la red gracias a la pésima conexión y la falta de internet en general, tomaron en secreto la decisión de invertir en un WiFi portátil para ayudarme a mejorar mi situación. Quizás las razones por las cuales decidieron tomar finalmente la determinación es porque con mis exámenes en la universidad he estado pasando mucho trabajo para realizar las actividades y defensas por las diversas plataformas como Zoom y Google Meet, así que pese a que les hubiese dicho que esta era una mala idea, me resulta muy tierno de cualquier manera que lo hubiesen hecho pensando en mi felicidad, no tengo ganas de reprocharles, aunque al principio debo admitir que me dio rabia por el hecho de que hubiesen ignorado lo que les había dicho.

I must say that the goal was not achieved. Motivated by the constant problems I have had for everything related to the network thanks to the lousy connection and lack of internet in general, they secretly made the decision to invest in a portable WiFi to help me improve my situation. Perhaps the reasons why they finally decided to make the determination is because with my exams at the university I have been spending a lot of work to do the activities and defenses through the various platforms such as Zoom and Google Meet, so even though I would have told them that this was a bad idea, I find it very tender anyway that they had done it thinking about my happiness, I do not feel like reproaching them, although at first I must admit that I was angry about the fact that they had ignored what I had told them.
Ahora, no solamente voy a expresar mi opinión sobre el rendimiento del aparato en sí, sino todo lo que pasó para poder usarlo como queríamos usarlo desde un principio, pues si algo nos caracteriza a los venezolanos en el país es que siempre algo puede salir mal, lo peor de todo, es que siempre a raíz de una cuestión absurda. En el primer negocio donde mis padres intentaron comprar, tuvieron ciertos problemas con la persona que les atendió ya que había una desorganización respecto a qué costo tenía el aparato y qué era lo que incluía, así que perdieron la confianza, decidiendo irse hacia otro sitio mucho más lejos de donde estaban. Una vez allí, efectivamente tenían una diversidad de modelos de dispositivos con las mismas funciones en esencia, les ofrecieron una promoción que se trata de la venta del equipo con una línea de la operadora Movistar gratis, que a su vez, incluía una ventaja al contar con el primer mes del plan gratis, plan que es de treinta (30) megas para navegar, ciento cincuenta (150) minutos para llamadas y doscientos cincuenta (250) mensajes de texto. Por lo mucho que navego al día demás está decir que me gustó.

El equipo que eligieron es el Olax MF6875 recomendado por la persona que los atendió y el precio, este alrededor de los sesenta y cinco (65) dólares aproximadamente. Una vez realizado el pago, los dolores de cabeza comenzaron por la activación de la línea Movistar a utilizar con el aparato por el supuesto error arrojado por los servidores del servicio proporcionado por la referida operadora, se suponía que tenía que arrojar un código que no estaba dando por alguna extraña razón, así que no hubo manera, y se regresaron a la casa sin haber realizado este proceso. Mi papá estuvo pensando todo el día cómo solucionar lo del código pero al ser un problema directo con las personas que nos vendieron la línea de Movistar no había mucho que hacer. El día siguiente, decidí acompañarlo en vez de mi mamá, quien tenía que trabajar ese día, y al llegar a la tienda el joven que los atendió no supo dar respuesta sobre la solución del problema que persistía, estuvimos todo el día allí por eso, desde la mañana hasta entrada la tarde, esperando por una respuesta que nunca llegó, incluso nos recomendó que hablásemos con la jefa y esta nos comunicó que habían mandado el correo donde solicitaban al personal de la central una solución a nuestro caso.

El joven con quien habíamos estado hablando un rato largo desde que habíamos llegado ese día, al no tener ningún tipo de solución, nos ofreció la opción de comparar una línea normal mientras nos solucionaban el problema para así usar el equipo, la línea normal de Movistar que nos ofrecía para dicha finalidad pagándola allí tenía un costo de diecisiete (17) dólares, un precio que me resultó un tanto extraño teniendo en consideración que unos familiares recientemente habían comprado sus líneas de Movistar por catorce (14) dólares con ese mismo plan básico de diez (10) megas que esta persona nos estaba ofreciendo, y son precios estándar, hasta donde tengo entendido. Le comenté a mi papá que no nos apresuráramos en tomar una decisión así, que sería mejor pasar por otro de los lugares donde se pueden adquirir líneas de la operadora primero para comparar los precios, es lo que terminamos haciendo, afortunadamente. Digo así porque en efecto pudimos conseguir para mala suerte del que nos quería vender la línea con sobreprecio, la línea Movistar al precio que está en los centros oficiales, destacando que, ese en principio está registrado como uno.

Esto es algo que me decepciona demasiado del país donde vivo, los comerciantes queriendo ser el único que gane, aprovechándose de los demás porque siempre quiere estar por encima del resto y no se dan cuenta que mientras se lesionen a los compradores el panorama económico será peor, a decir verdad es sorprendente que sigan pensando al día de hoy que cometer estos abusos los lleva a algún lado. Podría también resaltar que no solamente quieren sacar provecho aumentando todo incluso en dólares, sin con la tasa, ya que en ese establecimiento calculan el precio en bolívares de acuerdo con lo que establezcan páginas distintas a la del Banco Central de Venezuela… pero nunca ha sido una novedad, es hasta una conducta normalizada dentro de la sociedad venezolana por las mismas circunstancias de la economía, hay tantos establecimientos haciendo lo mismo que resulta muy difícil resistirse en caer, será para terminar sin comprar nada. Las sanciones que se les aplican a aquellos que hagan esto no son efectivas por la misma corrupción así que no ven problema en su manera de actuar.

I could also point out that they not only want to take advantage by increasing everything even in dollars, but also with the rate, since in that establishment they calculate the price in bolivars according to what is established by pages other than that of the Central Bank of Venezuela... but it has never been a novelty, it is even a normalized behavior within the Venezuelan society due to the same circumstances of the economy, there are so many establishments doing the same thing that it is very difficult to resist falling, it will be to end up not buying anything. The sanctions that are applied to those who do this are not effective because of the same corruption, so they do not see a problem in their way of acting.
Debo admitir que el aparato ha estado funcionando mejor de lo que esperaba, a veces sigo con mi lucha eterna por la señal pero había estado pasando por una situación crítica donde no tenía nada, ni siquiera la posibilidad de enviar un WhatsApp, así que ¿cómo me voy a quejar? Me ha salvado la existencia durante estos días, sin embargo, sigo esperando que la señal mejore considerablemente hacia una estabilidad mayor que me permita confiar a plenitud, pero siempre existirá inestabilidad en estos equipos que funcionan con red local inalámbrica conectada a un proveedor de servicio de internet, mucho más si se tratan de nuestros proveedores. Tengo en mente comprar otra línea por ampliar mi abanico de opciones al momento de querer encontrar señal, principalmente que sea de Digitel, tengo muchos amigos que usan este proveedor y no les va nada mal, mientras Movistar no les funciona pues usan Digitel. Estas tienen un costo de diez (10) dólares en la zona donde vivo, así que quizás pronto la adquiera y quizás se convierta en mi línea principal en el supuesto de que me muestre mejor rendimiento en la conexión a internet.
I must admit that the device has been working better than I expected, sometimes I still have my eternal struggle for signal but I had been going through a critical situation where I had nothing, not even the possibility to send a WhatsApp, so how can I complain? It has saved my existence during these days, however, I am still waiting for the signal to improve considerably towards a greater stability that allows me to fully trust, but there will always be instability in these equipments that work with wireless local network connected to an internet service provider, much more if they are our providers. I have in mind to buy another line to expand my range of options when I want to find signal, mainly that is Digitel, I have many friends who use this provider and they are not doing badly, while Movistar does not work for them because they use Digitel. These have a cost of ten (10) dollars in the area where I live, so maybe soon I will acquire it and maybe it will become my main line if it shows me better performance in the internet connection.

Hola @gabrieladifaz, deseo esten bien dentro de los desafios que solemos tener que enfrentar a diario.
Tus sentimeintos, por vivr situaciones similares, puedo enternderlos. Tuvimos en casa un proveedor de internet quien a su vez recibia la señal y la retransmitia con su antena a otros usuarios. Este no cumplia con lo ofertado, si eran 2 o 3 mg, terminabas en 500k. Sin embargo, lo bueno (y digo bueno) de vivir en un pais como el nuestro es que buscamos soluciones, que estamos alertas en busca de ellas y no nos quedamos parados hasta no conseguir una mejora. Esto es una cadena, ya que los proveedores estan en situacion similar y por competencia ofrecen mejores servicios. en nustro caso terminamos con un proveedor quien por unos $5 mas presta un servicio en un 200% mejor al que teniamos. ello hizo posible que en casa todos contemos con servicio mucho mas rapido y seguro a toda hora.
Algo positivo de esta situacion es que nuestra mente esta activa buscando siempre mejoras y soluciones, que tal vez en otro lugar no nse de ...
