Cultivando rosas
Buenas tarde mi querida familia de Hive, les saludo con mucho cariño y entusiasmo, estoy contenta porque por aquí en mi ciudad ha caído un poco de lluvia y eso es alegría y vida para nuestras plantas, después del sol inclemente que ha estado haciendo estragos a nuestros jardines.
Good afternoon my dear Hive family, I greet you with much love and enthusiasm, I am happy because here in my city a little rain has fallen and that is joy and life for our plants, after the inclement sun that has been wreaking havoc to our gardens.
La verdad es que no me rindo con mis plantas, aunque algunas mueren otras siguen dando la pelea, y como siempre digo ellas dependen de nosotros para sobrevivir.
The truth is that I do not give up with my plants, although some die others continue to fight, and as I always say they depend on us to survive.
Hoy les muestro el trabajo que hice el día de ayer; una amiga me regaló unos palitos de rosas de tres colores diferentes, ese día los metí en agua, como soy de las que me gusta compartir, hice varios cortes para sembrar en varios recipientes. Por aquí les dejo la foto con los tallos, una penca de aloe vera o mejor conocida como sábila, el porrón que usaré para trasplantarlas, tierra negra, cuchillo, regadera entre otros.
Today I show you the work I did yesterday; a friend gave me some rose sticks of three different colors, that day I put them in water, as I am one of those who like to share, I made several cuts to plant in various containers. Here I leave the photo with the stems, an aloe vera stalk or better known as aloe vera, the pot I will use to transplant them, black soil, knife, watering can among others.
Recientemente me he interesado por ver algunos videos, para el cultivo de rosas de manera más efectiva, ya que en ocasiones es difícil de lograr buenos resultados con ellas. Encontré un truco bien sencillo que quizás ya conozcan pero en mi caso recién lo estoy poniendo en práctica y me va muy bien, por aquí se los nuestro.
Recently I have been interested in watching some videos, for growing roses more effectively, since sometimes it is difficult to achieve good results with them. I found a very simple trick that you may already know but in my case I am just putting it into practice and it is going very well, here you have it.
Lo primero es picar la sábila en trocitos, luego hacemos presión con el palito de rosa en cada uno de los cortes que se hicieron de la sábila hasta que penetre en ella , quedando de esta manera, como se muestra en la foto.
The first thing to do is to chop the aloe vera into small pieces, then we make pressure with the rose stick in each of the cuts that were made in the aloe vera until it penetrates into it, remaining in this way, as shown in the photo.
Posteriormente abrimos los huecos en el lugar donde vamos a sembrar, y colocamos cada tallito con su base de aloe vera, esto con la finalidad de que puedan enraizar en menor tiempo y que las plantas tengan buena bases para su mejor crecimiento, este truco también permitirá la hidratación de las hojas.
Then we open the holes in the place where we are going to plant, and we place each stem with its base of aloe vera, this with the purpose that they can take root in less time and that the plants have good bases for better growth, this trick will also allow the hydration of the leaves.
Finalmente colocamos tierra para cubrir la sábila, tratando de dejar cierto distanciamiento entre una y otra planta, como se dan cuenta este matero es bastante grande.
Finally we place soil to cover the aloe vera, trying to leave some distance between one plant and another, as you can see this pot is quite big.
También coloqué otros palitos en recipientes más pequeños, para poderlos obsequiar una vez tenga la seguridad que ha sido exitosa la operación.
I also placed other sticks in smaller containers, to be able to give them away once I am sure that the operation has been successful.
