Cómo Pueden apreciar en las fotos, la moto estaba al agua y al sol, se notaba el óxido por todos lados y yo ví que podía sacarle provecho y empecé a trabajar en la restauración.

Para trasladarla, le pedí el favor a un amigo de mi hermano para montarla en la tolva de la camioneta, era un problema para pasar por las alcabalas pero cuando la veían los policías, pensaban que era para chatarra y dejaban pasar sin problema.

Cómo pueden ver, la moto estaba oxidada, los plásticos ya no servían, los cauchos ya no servían, todo estaba echo un desastre, pero me la vendieron por muy buen precio y decidí comprarla para entretenerme y aprender un poco más.

Lo primero que hice fue desarmar la moto por completo, para comenzar a pintar y a restaurar todo lo que se pueda, hacían falta muchas cosas pero realmente los repuestos de moto son algo económicos, para empezar a pintar compré un octavo de pintura negra sintética para el chasis, se lijo con lija 80 y un sepillo de alambre para eliminar todo óxido, me tomo todo un día lijarla no fue nada fácil pero tampoco imposible, una ves lista se limpia la superficie con gasolina o tiner para quitar la grasa y así poder aplicar el fondo, para fondear el chasis utilice un fondo que tenía guardado es fondo de herrería, para pintar la tijera de la moto utilice el mismo color que compre para el motor para combinar un poco, igualmente se lija bien y se fondea.
The first thing I did was to completely disassemble the motorcycle, to start painting and restoring everything possible, many things were needed but really motorcycle spare parts are somewhat cheap, to start painting I bought an eighth of synthetic black paint for it. chassis, it was sanded with sandpaper 80 and a wire brush to remove all rust, it took me a whole day to sand it was not easy but not impossible, once ready the surface is cleaned with gasoline or tiner to remove the grease and thus be able to apply The background, to anchor the chassis, use a background that was saved is a blacksmith's background, to paint the motorcycle scissors use the same color that you buy for the engine to combine a little, it is also sanded well and anchored.
Luego de tener el chasis listo solo de empezar a armar, me fui a hacer lo más importante, restaurar el motor, fue muy sencillo, lo que se le hizo fue rectificar el cilindro, cambiar el piñón de tercera de la caja, cambiar discos de cloche, armar y luego pintarlo, pence que el motor iba a estar más difícil pero estaba completo.
After having the chassis ready, just to start assembling, I went to do the most important thing, restore the engine, it was very simple, what was done was to rectify the cylinder, change the third gear of the box, change discs of cloche, assemble and then paint it, I thought the engine was going to be more difficult but it was complete.
Una ves el motor esté listo procedemos a montarlo en el chasis, colocamos todas sus bases y apretamos con fuerza para evitar vibraciones en la moto.

Los rines de la moto de la moto estaban muy deteriorados y como son cromados, pregunté cuánto los reparaban pero me pareció muy costoso y decidí pintarlos, para ello necesite fondo de aluminio para que la pintura no se caiga , pintura plateada y transparente, compré cauchos nuevos para montarlos de una ves.

Procedemos a montar el caucho trasero a la moto y así poder instalar la la cadena, se montó la relación nueva por que no estaba la vieja.

Ahora bien, una de las barras de la amortiguación delantera estaba oxidada y intenté ir a reparar el cromo pero me salía muy costoso, entonces empece a buscar unas barras de segunda por todos lados hasta que las conseguí en un taller estaban tirados y se la compre al señor por muy buen precio, se les cambió las estoperas y el aceite y quedaron en exelente estado.
Now, one of the front shock bars was rusted and I tried to repair the chrome but it was very expensive, so I started looking for second-rate bars everywhere until I got them from a workshop, they were thrown away and bought it for her. to the Lord for a very good price, the stocks and oil were changed and they were in excellent condition.

Compré muchos repuestos nuevos para armar la moto pq hay cosas que no valía la pena restaurar, cómo Guayas, la electricidad, tapas, mordazas, manillas y muchas otras cosas para poder finalizar con este proyecto hermoso.

Teniendo electricidad ya podía encender el motor, me tenia muy preocupado como iba a sonar y si había quedado bien, por qué lo arme yo solo y no es q sea un experto, pero gracias a dios encendió exelente y procedi a poner el tanque, las tapas y demás cosas.

Ya estaba casi lista la moto solo faltaba poner el tablero, la parrilla y algunas tapas, y estaría el proyecto finalizado.

Por fin termine el proyecto que comencé, y pues estoy orgulloso de las cosas que se pueden lograr si uno mismo se lo propone, disfrute mucho el proceso, aprendi muchas cosas y paro los que les guste hacer negocio es muy rentable comprar una moto para restaurar, deja buen dinero al momento de venderla, trabajando duro y con esfuerzo se logran las cosas.
