On the weekend, I had to go shopping and solve some pending issues that I had, when I got home I wanted to have lunch something tasty, easy and very fast, because I really got tired, I decided to prepare a delicious tuna salad with peas, tomato and egg ... this dish is exquisite, but very simple.
El fin de semana, tuve que salir a hacer compras y resolver algunos pendientes que tenía, al llegar a la casa quería almorzar algo sabroso, fácil y muy rápido, porque realmente llegué cansada, decidí preparar una rica ensalada de atún con guisantes, tomate y huevo… este platillo es exquisito, pero muy sencillo.

You will need the following ingredients:
Necesitarás los siguientes ingredientes:
• 1 large can of tuna.
• 1 jar of peas.
• 2 tomatoes.
• 2 eggs.
• Salt and pepper.
• 1 lata grande de atún.
• 1 frasco de guisantes.
• 2 tomates.
• 2 huevos.
• Sal y pimienta.
Initially, we cut the tomato into small pieces.
Inicialmente, cortamos el tomate en pequeños trozos.
Next, we pour the jar of peas with the tomatoes.
Seguidamente, vertimos el frasco de guisantes con los tomates.
Boil the eggs, peel and finely chop, add with the other ingredients.
Hervimos los huevos, pelamos y cortamos finamente, adicionamos con los demás ingredientes.
Add the tuna and mix to incorporate and season with salt and pepper.
Adicionamos el atun y mezclar para incorporar y sazonar con sal y pimienta.
To serve it in a special way, I pour a portion into a circular container, compact a bit and place it on the plate.
Para servirla de una forma especial, vierto una porción en un recipiente circular, compacto un poco y colocó en el plato.

Hola, se ve muy rica esa ensalada, normalmente la preparo con tomate y cebolla pues es lo común, pero los guisante y el huevo le deben dar un sabor especial.
