Guidance: The collective is beyond the one,
beyond the us, beyond the many.
How appropriate to pick this card today as we close out a big decade and start a new one. Many millions of people will celebrate this evening as a count down to a new beginning. How silly we are, that arbitrarily we collectively celebrate a specific time in space as an entire new energy or beginning. I feel like this every time a New Moon occurs.
I like how Sarah paints the 1 seeing eye of all forms. Picking this card could imply, time to hop aboard that party train tonight, or perhaps time to tap into that collective consciousness and be part of a peacemaking mission.
Some action to take to be part of the "whole" picture could benefit you this week. Perhaps, imagine looking through someone else's eye and how they would act or react to any situation. Think collectively, than competitively.
There was a really cool post on what I term "Facecrack" yesterday, instead of the old paradigm of competition, the new collective thinking is commitment and cooperation! I really dig this for 2020 goals! 
What are you adding to the collective? What shall you give toward making the world a healthier loving planet? We can teach the children a new paradigm of unity through cooperation and compassion, be it and it will grow!

your higher self.
This card is bursting with color and light energy, like our higher self frequencies. How do we connect with our higher selves? If you picked this card, chances are you on a search , a quest, a hunt for the answers within. As you quiet your mind, sit with nature, and meditate this is one sure way to access your higher self. Wondering which way to take in life can spin into endless possibilities and realities. Accessing your higher self, and accepting there is no need to question or inquiry or discern.
It is the place of truth and trust.
No one else can access your higher self, that means you are the driver!
Strive to know what your heart and mind frequencies can accomplish when aligned with love and pure intention. Trust your choices, for this new decade will be on your side to activate your awesome! Perhaps your question to thy self might go...Is this decision from a frequency of Love or Fear? Two distinct paths and frequencies. Choose wisely from higher self and watch the world change within and around you.
