It sounds like such an easy question as I have been to hundreds but I do not know if the chinese restaurants I go to are serving proper "chinese food". I think they serve an English or Irish version of that food. I normally get crispy duck pancakes (you make your own ) whenever I go or a nice beef and black pepper with boiled rice.
True! Not easy to find a good one like this in a small place out of China. What Chinese food have you tried? :)
