Hello friends! I didn't have time to eat dimsum in the morning but i really wanted to eat it so here we came to a chinese food restaurant which also sold dimsum.
Here it was, imperial kitchen & dimsum which was located at UG floor Blok M Plaza, South Jakarta.
Unfortunately we needed to wait to be seated that time, really many customers there and we were on the waiting list.

It was really crowded that time and they were really busy. But it was still neat and clean.
The dimsum they delivered to our table came one by one. Unfortunately it couldn't be altogether like it usually.
Shrimp hakau
The taste was really yummy, with soft shrimp inside and also soft skin. We added some chilli sauce to make it a bit spicy.
Chicken & shrimp shewmai
It was also great with the yummy, tasty and savory flavor. We could taste the chicken and shrimp there well.
Gaozi
It was dumpling with shrimp and chicken filling but they put them on the sweet vinegar sauce. It was really fresh, cause we got all the flavor here savory, sweet, sour and spicy. 很好吃！
Next was shrimp shewmai
It was savory, a bit sweet from the shrimp and so soft. I loved it too!
Their new menu for the dimsum, Shrimp & vegetable steamed dumpling.
It was savory and tasty too, kind of hakau but the meat inside was like shewmai.
Chasiew bao
It was tasty and sweet with the bbq chicken inside. The bun were really soft and smooth.
The last one was duckling bao
It was only the name, inside were beef floss and also chicken. Unfortunately the beef floss was not fresh, but the chicken was ok.
For all the dimsum menu i ate today, i recommend all to try, except the duckling bao.
