#Hello and Hi to all food lover out there!
I wanted to share with you one of my favourite comfort food. I can ever survive the apocalypse with these for my meals each day.
Don't be fooled on how you see the simple, basic meals. The taste may excite you!
Nasi Ayam Suasa Corner (Suasa Corner Chicken Rice)
Typically famous among locals here in the town of Sungai Besi, Kuala Lumpur. At Suasa Corner, you can only take away the foods since they operates the business using a small food truck. The vehicle is commonly used by small F&B businesses in Malaysia due to cost effectiveness.
Perhaps you had tried the Hainan Chicken rice, Roasted chicken rice before this but I'm sure you never had the chance to taste the malay style chicken rice. the difference is the chicken would be fry twice to get the extra crispy of the skins and meat and eventually reduce the natural smell of chicken drastically.
As you can see, the meal itself is pretty basic. the dark spot within the rice is sweet soy sauce and topped with a slice of cucumber and few slice of salad to make it a pretty balance meal. as for gravy, you would get a homemade chili sauce. The spiciness is at medium level which is perfect of easy going eater. last but not least, you would see how crispy the chicken is. for those who tend to be bellyful around white meat, it's fine. you won't have a problem eating the white meat at all. I had the same problem tho.

And usually the fried chicken is superb too. We love sweet soy sauce and with chilli together is the bomb. =)
