Sate goat is a kind of sate food made from goat meat. The goat meat is stained (pierced with bamboo shaped like a rather large stick) and seasoned with spices and herbs, then burned. The presentation is served with freshly slicedcabbage, tomato and onion cabbage and then added with soy sauce and added with a sprinkling of pepper.
