Last night, my craving for a decent burger brought me to Suntec City where I had to try one from Wolf Burgers! I actually don’t know why they call it that way, but I do think that it’s a cool name for a restaurant that offer a burger. It makes me feel like a real “carnivore”.
So let me show you how it looked like, check out the logo… it looks like one of the crypto icons, EOS? Well, it has a modern look to it and the color is just appetizing enough to make me buy on their burgers - you won’t go wrong with “RED” when it comes to food. Very cool really!
To tell you one about the place, Wolf burger is just one of the food stalls within this place called Pasarbella. It’s inside Suntec city mall. So, in it are different food stalls and cafes that share a common dining place. It’s a clever way to make business. And it’s a cool place hangout since there are so many choices that you won’t have second thoughts of leaving the place to find another one. The place itself has this modern urban look to it, especially made for millenials, however I notice that there are also quite a number kids and adults in it.
Now, for my burger, I chose the Magic Shrooms which cost me S$10.90, quite pricey for it’s size. If you check on the menu, it says “psychedelic”, which really intrigue me and made me wonder how does it taste. Will it make me high at some point? I guess that’s how they described the flavour of truffle.
The patty was done in medium temperature which what I requested, it was done correctly. It’s tender and flavoursome. The “psychedelic” didn’t really manifest to me even though I can taste a bit of truffle oil in it. The aroma isn’t strong enough in my opinion.
In my burger, there are also tomatoes and lettuce which is fine for me since I always want to have a bit fiber in my burger. I didn’t ask for any sauce in it since I’m also having the cheesy fries. The gave me substantial amount of cheese dressing which I really enjoy.
