Every area in this world has its own specialty and street foods and what is unique in asians we are very creative as well as like food who are spicy so this is my first tasteem post i hope you all like it . it is about the stall of LACHA KACHORI.
You can get this in the food street stall section of packages mall where this guy made these tasty and spicy kachories.
So all the beginning of this start with simple kachori in the guys hand . i specially request that guy to let me inside the stall because i want to see every step how this kachori made.
Kachori whole recipe and build up
- put tamarind sauce on the kachori..
2.A bit of a garlic sauce on it.
3.Yogurt with small boil potatoes
4.add potatoes corn and spicy chat.
5.Add onion and tomatoes
6.white sauce and tamarind sauce layer
7.yougurt and dark chocolate sauce
8.then fill complete with yogurt
9.Again black chocolate sauce
this is how they made kachories in stall.
this is the only thing they sell and the Price: 240 rupees

well to be honest this the best kachori i have ever had all marks to the tas and price is reasonable too and the hygiene is great too all in all it was fantastic stall food. must try guys whoever lives near packages mall.
