노조미는 일본어로 희망이라는 뜻이라고 한다.

이 음식점은 면을 직접 만든다.

돈가스 우동정식이다.

김치나베 우동정식이다. 김치찌개에 돈가스가 들어있다.

우동면발이 반투명이다. 우동면발이 쫄깃하다. 손으로 만든 면이 다르긴 다르다. 샐러드도 신선하고 쌀밥도 좋은쌀을 쓴다. 김치찌개도 괜찮다. 우동국물도 맛있다. 다음엔 우동면이 많이 나오는 메뉴를 시켜야겠다. 이 집은 우동이 맛있는 집이다.
