Ok and about the $14k....what about 14 thousand bitrcoins? what about 14,000 steem when steen is $100 what about if you just split up the 14k into many different wallets

well i really dont think the IRS is going to ever go after steemit untill steemit is much much bigger, and they can see that if your money is in steempower, its not liquuid and peopel dont have a way to just pay taxes on it, and they have tow orry about Bitcoin first

what if someone goies and makes a steemit account with your name and just pretends to be you, and the IRS audits you and finds a steemit account un YOUR name with a bunch of money in iut

I'm 100% with your argument on how the IRS can't figure out who owns what account. My point was just about what is the current rule....not what the IRS will enforce or how Steem relates to it.
