"Nicenomics" or at least agreeability and cordiality are certainly part of the fundamental ethos here.
An important part of that is no one has to compromise a core value or principle, to do well here - even the curmudgeonly. Part of the value proposition of HIVE is seeing that every participant adds something of worth to the ecosystem.
