I did some research on this woman from weatherwar101, could not find her for now.
But it's weird as she was very active on the social platforms with multiple posts per day on all of them. they all stopped on December 6th 2017.
Het Website stayed active up to somewhere into 2018 but no articles found from after december 2017, then they pulled it with some 404 error, probably she didn't pay the webhost/domain name or something.
I looked into her research and it is for me a way better view on the whole global weather manipulation then the high areal arora research program or what ever it's named.
I am always baffled about the fact there is a weather section in every news-cast. Weather is for farmers and fishers, who needs to know about the weather if you sit in an officebuilding whole day.
But if "they" indeed control it on a global scale, it explains a lot. expecially why it's "Man made" global change and why there is a weather section in the news.
I believe that they believe they have to promote and tell us what they do. Some karma thing. "Here is your weather fore-cast"
I know people can do something one day and turn over there entire lives and do something else. But this women was realy passinate about her research and it's hard to drop such a thing if you are so passionated about it. still i hope she is doing ok somewhere.
