I do believe that thru Effective Teachers/leaders, students can learn and perform well. We want to have a better future that’s why we study and value education.
Being a teacher is a calling. It involves passion! It involves heart! It involves your whole being because being a teacher you are part of building the future of the children. That’s why being a teacher you have to be effective.
A teacher must build relationship with his/her student, parents and colleagues. To be an effective teacher, you must have a positive disposition toward knowledge: knowledge of the subject, knowledge of teaching and knowledge of students. A teacher needs to be a motivator to the students; for them to aim high; to dream high; to aim success.
A quality planning is very important, so that you will facilitate the learning effectively. Teachers, who love teaching, can teach children to love learning.
I do believe that we are all teachers/leaders, even here in steemit, thanks to those who are helping newbies not just me but all steemians out there, you are all great teacher, and special thanks to sir @surpassinggoogle for being such a nice person to us, indeed he is a great teacher and a great leader.
We are all given a chance to become a good teacher/leader. Thanks to all teachers in profession, we have effective professionals such as information technologist, engineer, doctor, and the like because of effective teachers, they are really big help to us, they are considered hero most by young generations. They teach and mold young people to become good as they grow up. Hope to have more effective teachers in the future, and hope I will become a good mentor to newbies here in Steemit.
