As in the previous lecture we had seen the Html 1.1 history. Now we will see the history of Html 2.1, Html 2.2 and Html 2.3.
Html 2.1
Html 2.1 version is released in May 1996.
Well, known tags or attributes which were introduced are the:
(table, border-spacing)
table tag:
Table tag is used to make a table in html. All other tags relevant to the table will be used inside the table tag. Like tr tag is used to make a row. Tr stands for "table row". To make a particular block in a row we use td tag. Td stands for "table data". When we want to move on next line we will close tr tag and start new tr tag and so on.
border-spacing:
As shown by its name, border-spacing is an attribute which makes space between two borders.

Html 2.2
Html 2.2 version is released in August 1996.
Well, known tags which were introduced is the:
(img)
img tag:
Img stands for "image". Whenever we want to use an image in our html file we will use img tag. "src" attribute is used to mention the directory of an image with respect to that html file. If both image and html file is present in the same folder then we will just give image name with its extension in src attribute. "height" attribute is used to set the height of an image. "width" attribute is used to set the width of an image.
Html 2.3
Html 2.3 version is released on January 1997.
Well, known tags were introduced is the:
(sup)
sup tag:
Sup stands for "superscript". sup tag is used to show something above to any text or in simple words show something in power. If anything in equation or text we want to show in power we will write that element in sup tag.
