People using upvote bots should be aware that their voting power is likely to suffer. When you use such bots they do upvote your post and often call in other bots to vote too but then they use you to upvote other people's posts that you haven't even read. This uses up your voting power. If you use several bots you will find your vote never reached over about 88% no matter how long you leave it to recover as the bots are voting in your name regularly. I know this because I made a study of it. Now I cancelled all bot s and memberships of these schemes and find I am no worse off. I recommend you think carefully about using the voting bots.

I'm not so sure if the bots can use ur voting power unless it's streemian which is a voting trail system and steemvoter which states that they will use ur VP on their own post. A sure note to be taken into consideration when following a trail
I saw them doing it on steemd. They voted on posts I had never read and used up my voting power. Thank you for putting me right. Don't know why or how they were doing it then. When I stopped using the schemes the bots stopped upvoting in my name. I know they were bots as I went to their pages and checked. They were doing it to batches of steemians at once and I would be in the batch.
