Yesterday, was a busy day for me. Actually, I was quite relaxed in the first 2 hours of my working day, today. Suddenly all came in, in one time, make me quite chaos. Where this person needs this and that. So I was running here and there to get in time for them. When I see the time, oh gosh, I need to rush, to buy my son's milk formula that almost empty 😐 and send home. When I reached my house, it is already 1.30pm. So I rush back to work and directly start working. I didn't have time to eat my lunch, though.
I was busy with my work and suddenly I feel my stomach pain..arghh gastric attack. Oh my...this is not good.. I rush to buy some food but it's too late, the gastric has started to attack vigorously. I vomited all I ate and I feel very weak. I told my husband, and we went to look for porridge. I only managed to eat half bowl of it and my stomach started to reject it.

I went to the pharmacy and get a medicine and ate them immediately. It didn't resolve till the next day, but at least it is not that bad. I frequently fill my stomach even small thing like biscuit. In the evening, my gastric much reduces and hopefully it will subsides soon.
So Steemian, please fill up your stomach even small things like biscuit to prevent from stomach upset okay.
