Hi guys, over the weekend I did some data crunching using SteemJS API and SteemSQL using #teammalaysia, since, this is relevant of what my country growth in steem. The samples that I have posted here are base on those author that have at least posted once using #teammalaysia.

If you're curious to know what is the Sum Of Key Value? Is basically just a summation of steem and sbd in the account and saving and power up. That all.
Yes I know many of you all knows that many from the list above are not from Malaysia. In order to crunch a fair result, I choose not to omit those users that have tagged #teammalaysia before. I'll try to do a better job next time.
There are still a lot of room for improvement to fine tune so that we only compare relevant user in #teammalaysia. Which is interesting digging and playing around with Steem API.
Thought
As I start to learn more and more about cryto-currency and blockchain. In the world of digital, what programmer see and end user see is different. Openess to all this api which in our programmer's world is "big data". Which when you put it in a good hand, it serve as a way to do market validation, monitor spamming/abuse, innovate and many more. Vice versa, falling into bad hand can lead to threat and so on so forth.
Is a double edge sword. Hopefully for the better, and to create a better world. :)
All of this dolphin and whale, apart from having a huge amount of steem power at their discretion, the question is, what have they contribute to the Steemit community (particularly all of the minnow). I can say, the account owned by Malaysian on that list probably are the founder and cofounder of teammalaysia initiative (in which they contribute the most among Malaysian). I'm more interested to know, who's among the steemian who contribute the most to the steemit community. That's the people that we ought to look up to. A good example for all of the minnow.
Look though the database. We should be able to compile something base on the claims they made.
Agree with what you said. Those post we saw in #teammalaysia, I like where they are heading to, giving it back to the society on top of contributing to the steemit.
Can probably exclude 1 and 3 since they're not Malaysians. I'm pretty surprised no.2 is living in Malaysia since i've never seen him around :P
We're still pretty low on SP compared to other communities. Still thinking if i should trade my other coins for Steem and power up or just keep my portfolio as it is..

Agree with what you mention there, our SP is still rather low. Total user count using the tag is 734 throughout the period. The number is low as well, plenty of room to grow.
