Mix Fruit Puding

Bahan:
2buah pir (potong dadu)
15buah anggur (belah jadi 2)
2buah sunkiest (iris tipis)
2buah apel hijau (potong dadu)
2buah naga (potong tipis)
2 bungkus agar-agar warna putih
120gr gula pasir.
900ml air putih
Cara membuat:

1. Siapkan loyang/ cetakan puding.
2. Tata buah secara acak sampai memenuhi cetakan.
3. Panaskan dalam panci air+gula+agar. Aduk perlahan hingga mendidih. Sisihkan, hilangkan uap panasnya sebentar.
4. Tuang larutan agar sedikit demi sedikit ke dalam cetakan. Sampai habis.
5. Lalu masukkan dlm kulkas hingga set. Sajikan selagi dingin.
