Team Possible Diamond Guild Important Update Policy And Guidelines

The introduction of a new brawl structure as brought with it a new level of competition among the guilds. Everyone working so well together getting buildings leveled up means more Gladiator cards. Diamond guild has worked together especially well in that area.
We do however need to get a bit more organized. We have come up against some stiff competition and we hold our own. Implementing some basic ground rules and standard procedure we can focus our efforts.

  • Communication
Most guild interaction is happening on Discord especially in the Team Possible Diamond room. Anyone who is not a member should contact a guild captain to get an invite to the room.
This is where we make guild policy, hash out any differences, get help with problems, plan strategy, and just chat and have fun.
If you are not there you are missing a lot.
Also there is a guild captain in the room every day. Any problems or questions usually get an answer within hours.
It is strongly suggested everyone join and be active there. IF NOT PLEASE GIVE THE CAPTAINS A WAY TO CONTACT YOU
And remember everyone has a voice here. Your views matter in the decision making process come by and make your voice heard.
  • Fray Selection
This is where we need the most work. Also where we are very lacking in communication.
We have 23 members and have been filling 16 frays. Subtract the gold foil frays and there really is not enough to go around.
Roy is acting as fray captain and has been getting all of the information organized.
Conversation around this topic has been ongoing in Discord. It would be helpful for everyone to drop in and participate in figuring out the best setup.
Every member should get to brawl and earn merits no matter what deck you have. In order for this to happen a rotation is obviously necessary.
You should know your deck and capabilities better than anyone. This is your chance to come by and make your preferences known as we are close to implementing more structured fray assignments.

  • No Shows
A failure to submit all battles lets down the entire team.
Every brawl we find ourselves counting down the final hours waiting on the last battles to be submitted.
Not showing up at all is unfair to everyone especially when there are not enough frays for everyone.
Always be aware that someone had to be left out in order for you to have your fray.
    NO SHOW = NO PLAY
Also waiting until the last min should be avoided.
At least send up a smoke signal or something let us know you are paying attention.

  • Contributions
We have been doing especially well in this area! I think everyone is excited to level up the new building and watch our guild grow. So just a reminder for now. Contributions are due weekly. If for some reason there is an issue contact one of our captains we can work something out.

We believe in each other
These four areas should give us a good starting point. As we get more organized we can work together to reach our full potential.
