So here it is, the belated c0ff33 vlog - not sure what happened but threespeak failed to complete encoding this last weekend and I only just noticed - so here is the youtube version
The weather is steadily improving - with some blue sky days albeit it freezing icy morning. Last weekend was quite reasonable and dry although it was mostly a quiet relaxing weekend.
Back to mayhem at work third week staff off sick so a daily mad dash to try and cover work and keep up with orders, loads of coffee roasting to be done this week with more bulk orders coming in needing long sessions on the 30kg, plus the old 5kg roaster finally left so I had that to crate up and prepare for shipping.
Finally got the Fazenda Do Lobo coffee listed, and we did the first roast which showed it is truly an excellent Brazilian Yellow bourbon. Throw in loads of local deliveries and some troubleshooting for a customer and it’s been quite the busy week - but we got through it and shipped everything in a timely fashion - including a 75kg roasted coffee batch out of a total 200kg order.

Some good detail aroundroasting. Could you recommend a machine to make it for me. Currently use an aeropress . Not afraid to spend a few bob.
