I see that you are getting in the "zone". You almost feel like you have something to complete, right? Ahaha I can imagine to introduce this daily squat routine in my life. I fell so much lighter, and I can see the diference in the mirror! I told @pardinus about this, and he also confirmed that he sees him self the changes...
It's impressive how a little change in our daily routines makes such a diference... right?
So today, nothing remarkable:
- wake up
- face wash
- breakfast
- brushing teeth
- walking to gym
- sets of 20 squats between machine set
- repeat 20 times! LOL
😅

Day 6: 150
Day 7: 240
Day 8: 200
Day 9: 120
Day 10: 304
Day 11: 200
Day 12: 260
Day 13: 400
Day 14: 420
Day 15: 440
Day 16: 340
Day 17: 340
Day 18: 100
Day 19: 200
Day 20: 300
Day 21: 400
Total: 4 414 Squats.... Overdone: 1 414 :)
You make it sound so casual, do 20 squats, repeat 20 times 😆
I'm not seeing myself lighter yet, but if it works for you guys, I'm definitely going to keep it up!!

For me it's easy bit by bit, only 20 squats in a set... and the repeat. The longest set I've done was 50... But @mrmiyagi is doing sets of 60!!! What a best! Ahahah
