Something great just happened in my presence today and believe me, I was shocked and also taken by a surprise if I can put it that way.
Like Mr. Terry @surpassinggoogle will say,

Looking at this picture, from your left is Dr. Chioma & Dr. Ibe Chidebere and with them are the Twins known as Ugochukwu and Uchechukwu. They both lost their mum on the fourth day of delivery. We all know that is right? Meaning they won't have a breast to suck neither would they have a mum to feed them as expected. They are left for their grandma to take care of and the grandma is already of age, n OK money to pay for drugs, foods and even bills amongst other things. They have marasmus now.
Marasmus is a form of severe malnutrition characterized by energy deficiency. It can occur in anyone with severe malnutrition but usually occurs in children. A child with marasmus looks emaciated. Body weight is reduced to less than 62% of the normal (expected) body weight for the age.
So, Dr Ibe who's their doctor and who has not been paid salary for couple of months now, went out of his ways to raise the sum of #20,000 for the twins which is about 50steem roughly to be fed and catered for. I was so surprised when I saw that this morning. 
look at the picture perfectly if you are in doubt.
