I suppose I should be thankful that Kindle isn't more aggressive than they are. I recall years ago when a friend gave me an Ipod that I couldn't load or remove any of the MP3's from the damn thing without doing through whatever the Apple app was at the time. Or there were hacking workarounds that were such a pain in the ass that it simply wasn't worth it. I never so much as attempted to look at any apple product after being subjected to that.
