I can’t stand my Samsung Galaxy A14 overheating oo…I will just switch off the data and leave it to cool down. The major reason why this happen is too much pressing without allowing it to rest. But when I notice it getting heat up, I just put it down until it cool down. That usually makes me afraid, though. lol

I think the higher the processor capacity the more hotter it becomes. This isn't an issue with the snapdragon processor, it's mostly the one with the in-built home grown processor that tends to get hot. I use the device for important things, so it's always hard for me to let it down lol, however that's what I end up doing anyway
