Many travelers are interested in exploring India's rich cultural heritage and experiencing authentic community-based tourism initiatives, but they often face challenges in finding comprehensive and reliable information about cultural sites, accommodations, and experiences. Existing tourism platforms lack immersive virtual experiences for exploring heritage sites and often overlook the unique offerings of local communities. As a result, travelers may miss out on meaningful cultural experiences, and local communities may struggle to attract visitors and sustain their cultural heritage. There is a need for a user-friendly and interactive tour planner website that combines virtual heritage tours with community-based tourism initiatives, providing travelers with immersive experiences and supporting local communities in preserving and showcasing their cultural heritage.
For solving this problem we have created a project during a Hackathon: Vihaan007
