Personal allowances
In order to meet this personal needs workers are visit the drinking water areas and wash rooms so, depending upon the working condition personal allowance are added in normal time.
Generally up to 5% of Norma time is added at personal allowance.

Fatigue allowance
As the day passes, weariness of person increases in both ways, mentally and physically. It adversely affect the pace of doing work. Hence as the day progresses,the ye required for doing the same job compared morning increasing.
This may be due to unhealthy working condition, physical exertion etc.

Delay can be of two types
• Intentional delay
• Unintentional Delay

Intentional delay is due to the attitude of the worker of doing the work or not. Unintentional Delay are beyond the control of the operator. Unintentional Delay include delay such as interruption from workers, supervisor, routine time study analysis, or process analysis tool changing of tool, maintenance of tools etc.
