Technology is advancing at an accelerating clip. Our biggest issue will be to manage this acceleration in a consistent manner. We are seeing a generation of young people utilizing the technologies at the same time losing some of the social skills of previous generations. A possible downside of technology is that it creates an ever-increasing isolated reality world for many young people.
On the positive note, advances in medical technology and manufacturing technology will enable people to live healthier, longer and more productive lives as technology continues to provide the systems for achieving this.
