Taking time out to breathe, still the mind and meditate is amazingly wonderfully healing. I find that it grounds me to connect with my soul. I love to go into my personal space everyday. It generates a lovely calm and peace inside me.
I am also a talker and love how much easier it is time wise to just talk with someone. I do it more than anyone else with my brothers and sisters and have earned the nickname 'have a chat.' I agree completely! I used to practice yoga, but took up swimming over the summer, and kinda let that slide. Now, with the current restrictions, I look forward (at least) to returning to my yoga practice, as I found it helps.
