Greetings to all my dear and appreciated readers of this prestigious platform, today I will address a very important topic in any organization and even in our daily work anywhere and it is none other than organizational communication, this is essential at all organizational levels to achieve the goals set.

In recent years and especially in the last two years there have been great changes and global transformations in the aspects of human life, due to the arrival of the pandemic and the different technological advances that have arisen, as well as the competitive environment between different organizations. All this has turned the world into a global village, in which information is a strategic element, making it clear that communication is an essential need for institutional development. Therefore, new approaches, paradigms and models are being generated that propose trends in organizational communication in companies, with the purpose of achieving success with a greater probability of reaching it, avoiding work stress.

By virtue of these approaches, organizational communication represents competitive advantages and benefits because it constitutes a fundamental strategic competence in business scenarios. In this sense, the current challenge of human talent management lies in creating useful tools that allow optimizing the execution and management of companies, as well as implementing new strategies and mechanisms that promote organizational communication as a strategy for conflict resolution, accelerating the right decision making, minimizing barriers, improving the performance of workers, and thus reducing work stress for a better performance of the organization.

One of the aspects that energize today's companies is competitiveness, considering that the need to offer better products and services, for this reason the business sectors should be motivated to conduct studies conditioned to improve communication skills, to avoid or minimize the levels of work stress of its staff in order to ensure better care of the offered, taking as a starting point the requirements of customers. Undoubtedly, organizational communication should be seen as a fundamental tool in any company and not as an ordinary means of communication.
