We use to call it Lut-hang.
This is the native toy gun I remember in my childhood being shot with. The paper bullets kinda hurt a little if you were hit in the sensitive areas of the body at close range. Various types of this bamboo toy gun were popular among my classmates during my Grade School days. They would do pitch battles before and after school hours.
It was becoming a menace. The school authorities back in the day would confiscate them after a few teachers complained of being shot at too after being hit in the crossfire.
Thanks to Brains techKnowlogy for the nostalgia.
We just use old ballpen barrel back in the day. One of the best toys during my primary school years. It was just like last week ha ha. Damn I'm so old now.
