Winpoin some time ago reported that Alexa will work with Cortana, shoulder to shoulder present in PC. But has not had time to materialize, Alexa is troubling users. complaining that Alexa, through Amazon's smart speaker feature, Echo, often laughs randomly, and feels scary. Nice @sauravrungta
