Elon Musk's SpaceX will be launching the Falcon Heavy rocket to Mars at 3:45 PM EST. Watch live as the largest rocket ever attempts to leave the atmosphere carrying a state-of-the-art Tesla Roadster as it's payload. According to Elon Musk, the car will take a total of 6 months to cover 200+ million miles to Mars. An artificial spaceman will sit inside the red Roadster listening to David Bowie's 'Life on Mars' as he travels in an orbit around the red planet for billions of years to come (if all goes according to plan).
This launch might very well be one of the greatest accomplishments of man-kind... and it's coming at a perfect time. Us crypto-lovers are desperately waiting for the rocket to launch!

I was totally excited to watch the launch of the Space X Heavy Falcon! I really enjoy how they explain everything that is going to happen as well as the little timeline at the bottom as well! I think the best part is how they are able to recover the booster rockets as well...that is actually one of the coolest things for me!
Agreed, the whole thing was fascinating. It looked unreal. Their timeline was CRAZY accurate.
