- open your whatsapp
- see the status of that person, which you want to download
- after doing this, simply close your whatsapp
- now, open file manager (file explorer)
- go to > whatsapp > media > .statuses
[Note: if u dont find the .statuses folder, then click on 3 vertical lines (upper right corner) and click on 'show hidden files']
- just open the .statuses folder & you will see the status of that person already downloaded at there
